Ingredients :
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Red chilli powder - 2 tblsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Fennel powder - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tblsp
Egg - 2
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - for frying
Method :
- Wash and clean the chicken pieces and take it in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with all the spice powders, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, egg, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix well until the chicken pieces are coated well.
- Let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, gently add the chicken pieces one by one.
- Keep the flame on medium and stir occasionally till the chicken pieces turn golden brown and crispy.
- At last, add fresh curry leaves and drain out the chicken pieces.
- Serve hot.
